A Weekend Treat

Yup, it's nearly the weekend and with the sun making its first appearance in a small eternity, we're in the mood for a spot of baking.

We're loving this recipe from 'I Quit Sugar', a rubbish-free replica of those beloved peanut butter cups. Drool. 

Why not whip up a batch, consume with a cuppa and cheer on the arrival of spring.

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder 
- 1 tablespoon brown rice syrup (also known as rice malt syrup) 
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream 
- 1/4 cup peanut, macadamia or almond butter
- 1 pinch sea salt
